IA64 devices (in any configuration) and x64 devices using EFI boot that were provisioned after the July 9th updates and/or skipped the recommended update (KB3133977), may fail to start with the following error:

"File: \Windows\system32\winload.efi

Status: 0xc0000428

Info: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file."

我安裝完後的確碰到這個問題，筆電開機過程卡在非常前段，必須靠windows 光碟才能回到還原點

根據微軟繁中網頁，安裝KB4512506前需先安裝KB4474419且重開機。但安裝管理員的自動化並未如此執行程序。手動將上述兩個檔案分別更新-重開機-更新後，狀況仍然存在。

還原到KB4474419已經安裝好的還原點。此時雖可開機但不能安裝KB4512486，因為裝完，電腦就卡了。

後來發現微軟的英文網頁寫的不同

根據微軟英文網頁，安裝KB4512506前需先安裝KB3133977且重開機。

依言安裝KB3133977，重開機，再安裝KB4512486，成功完成更新。
